i like mondays.

there is something about being by the sea that makes me feel less broken. it reminds me of home and even though i don’t have a sea view here like i did back in hong kong, i feel good inside knowing that it’s there. and i can go and touch it, and be in it, and lose myself in the cold water. and the openness of it calms me when everything is touching too close.
